About the Role
Your job is to work as part of the team in the kitchen, producing high-quality menu items under the direction of the chef. We are looking for talented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will prep, cook and season all food according to the recipe; control food production; maintain a clean station and adhere to all kitchen maintenance and sanitation standards; have an up-to-date knowledge of the menu (including preparation, seasoning, ingredients and plate presentation); follow proper methods for preparing and cooking food; and more.
Qualifications: * 1-2 years related experience preferred, not required for enthusiastic, quick learners
Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations.
Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
Follow all food health and safety requirements.
Assist in bussing and maintaining dining room if needed
Superior organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Flexibility and ability to manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Able to work flexible schedule including weekends
Professional appearance and demeanor
16 Years of age or older with valid TN Driver's license and insurance
Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Pay: $10.00 per hour
