About the Role

Your job is to work as part of the team in the kitchen, producing high-quality menu items under the direction of the chef. We are looking for talented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will prep, cook and season all food according to the recipe; control food production; maintain a clean station and adhere to all kitchen maintenance and sanitation standards; have an up-to-date knowledge of the menu (including preparation, seasoning, ingredients and plate presentation); follow proper methods for preparing and cooking food; and more.


Qualifications: * 1-2 years related experience preferred, not required for enthusiastic, quick learners

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.

  • Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations.

  • Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.

  • Follow all food health and safety requirements.

  • Assist in bussing and maintaining dining room if needed

  • Superior organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Flexibility and ability to manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Able to work flexible schedule including weekends

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • 16 Years of age or older with valid TN Driver's license and insurance

Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour
